Exceptional Service and Delightful Dining Experience

I had an amazing stay, particularly enjoying the attentive service in the Executive Lounge where staff remembered my name and preferences. The breakfast buffet featured a fantastic selection, especially the dim sum cart. Don't miss the rooftop bar for spectacular views at night!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the peaceful atmosphere and the super comfy Deluxe King Room. I had a chance to relax at the heated indoor pool and unwind with a lovely back massage at the spa, which was just what I needed. The only hiccup was the somewhat slow check-in, but it didn't ruin my overall experience at all. 😊

The view from the Beautiful Bund King Room is fine, showcasing the iconic skyline with the river flowing beneath. The spacious layout adds to the comfort, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to soak in the atmosphere.

Check-in can be a hassle. Multiple buildings can confuse first-time visitors, especially when instructed to switch buildings due to a queue. There's noticeable street noise on the 10th floor, and breakfast offerings can be limited, especially in the back dining area which had a fraction of what's available in front. Music from the street filters through, and waiting for a clean table during breakfast can detract from the experience.

The staff was superb, especially a lady who helped me order food like it was second nature, no complications whatsoever. Plus, the bathroom-forget my usual complaints, they actually thought of everything with hooks and space!

My stay at Shangri-La was exceptional. The Room was spacious and comfortable, offering a breathtaking view of the Bund. The staff consistently provided top-notch service, particularly at the Horizon Club Lounge where the breakfast spread featured a delightful variety of fresh, local delicacies and the evening cocktails were exquisite. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were impressive and well-maintained.

The staff really stood out for their friendly and attentive service. However, I faced some issues during check-in that took too long and felt disorganized. I had to deal with a room mix-up, which added to the frustration. Although the location is excellent, the carpets in my room looked worn out and needed replacement. Overall, the luxurious feel was overshadowed by these inconveniences, but the positives made my stay worthwhile.

Access to shopping malls and the metro was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, the carpets in the room felt a bit worn, and there was a lingering smell of smoke despite the premium accommodations. The breakfast included a variety of options, although I would have appreciated more local dishes beyond the typical offerings.

Tons of hooks for towels, and a handy shelf by the toilet paper holder. The bed was cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep. Just a minor note, the carpet looked a bit worn out. But overall, super nice room!
